Mid-level Technical Support Staff (Sandton Area) - Salary negotiable based on experience
IP Dimension is looking for a dynamic outcome driven individual to join their team of technical support staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer IT infrastructures. Applicants need to take ownership of their customer environments and align them with the level of standard provided by IP Dimension.
- Well presentable
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Own reliable transport (and willing to travel to clients)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Solid knowledge of Intel, Dell, and HP hardware. (Additional hardware is an advantage)
- Qualifications in Microsoft Technologies (Minimum A+ N+ required)
- Minimum 2 years Microsoft desktop support experience needed
- Minimum 2 years customer interaction experience needed
Own reliable transport is a must. IT knowledge will be tested.
